Thank you for your inquiry ( I hope I understand well ! ) and follow we want to offer you a vacation in our house:
Our Appartementhaus Mühlau ( togehter 8 appartements ) lys ca. 2,5 km before Sölden - ca. 1,5 km before the first liftstation Giggijoch. You can get to the skiing area with your privat car, or with the skibus, which stops directly in front of the house, every ten minutes.
Typ A : ca. 100 m², big kitchen, living-sleepingroom with a sofa for 2 pers., 2 sleepingrooms with 3 beds,
bath, toilet, balcon suthside. ( but not in the appartements under the roof ).
Typ B : ca. 60 m², kitchen, living-sleepingroom with a sofa for 2 pers., 1 sleepingroom with 3 beds, shower/toilet,
balcon northside.
Typ C : ca. 100 m², parterre, kitchen and livingroom, 2 sleepingroom with a doublebed and 1 sleepingroom with 2 singlebeds, bath/toilet, shower/toilet, terrace.
The appartements are all comfortable with telefon and Sat-TV.
It is also available to get every morning fresh bread from the bakery. We have enough parking-places and in the house fitness-room, sauna and steamsauna.
If you want we can recommend a sportshop and if you want to rent something you get a special reduction.
We can offer *** from 10-01-10 until ??-01-10 ***

Our "FERIEN"-Haus St. Lucas ( together 2 appartements ) lies in the little village Oberried from Längenfeld. The house is for max.12 people
- Typ A : 4-8 pers., ca. 120 m², first floor and under the roof, big kitchen with table and chairs, 1 sleeping-living-room with a sofa for 2 pers., 1 sleepingroom for 2 pers. with a waschbasin, bathroom, toilet, Balcon southside, 2 little sleepingrooms for togehter 4 pers. with shower/toilet and 1 little singleroom with a waschbasin.
- Typ B : 2-4 pers., ca. 70 m², ground floor, big kitchen with table and chairs, 1 sleeping-living-room with a sofa for 2 pers., 1 sleepingroom for 2 pers. with a waschbasin, bathroom with toilet .
Southside you can find a big terrasse for all guests from the house. The appartements are comfortable and with SAT-TV and Typ A is with machine for the dishes. It is also available to get every morning fresh bread from the bakery. We habe enough parking-places.
It is possible to rent *** from 16/17-01-10 til 23/24-01-10 ***
