Thank you very much for your request and your interest in our hotel. We can kindly offer you the following:
09.01.2010 (arrival) to 16.01.2010(departure)
Apartment House „Stefanie“
approx. 80 meters from our hotel next to the park
1 multiple-room-apartment with balcony,
approx. 45 m² with loggia for a maximum of 4 persons,
for € 103,-- per apartment/day
or
2 multiple-room-apartments with balcony,
approx. 35 m² with loggia for a maximum of 2 persons,
for € 92,-- per apartment/day
The local taxes are not included in the price above (approx. 2,-- Euros per person over 15 years/day and 1,10 Euros per person over 15 years/stay)
The rates include the use of our new spa area (thermal water indoor pool, jaccuzzi, sauna, steam- bath,… and gym room) and the final cleaning of your apartment.
It is also possible to have breakfast and dinner in the hotel for a supplement.
Price per bun: 0,60 Euro. Breakfast: 15,-- Euro per person/day; Dinner: 25,-- Euro per person/day.
All apartments have a comfortable living- and sleeping room (house „Stefanie“: living room and sleeping room separated with a door), with bathroom and separate WC, complete kitchen (dishes, cutlery, coffee maker...) and generous balcony. Besides are telephone and cable-TV at your disposal!
Electricity, water, heating and laundry (linen and towels) is inclusive. A stay of 14 days or longer includes the cleaning of your apartment and the change of your laundry after one week.
How to make a booking:
Please send a written confirmation via Fax, mail or email to reservierung@hotelgermania.at and please also confirm our cancellation terms
Cancellation until the 30th day before your arrival: 40% of the total price
Cancellation between 29th and 8th day before your arrival: 70% of the total price
Cancellation between the 7th day before your arrival and the day of your arrival/No Show: 90% of the total price.

in our apartment house "Stefanie" you have a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with sofa bed for the other 2 persons. The kitchen is combined with the living room. The next ski bus station is about 20 metres away from the apartment house. As long as there is place you can park your car in front of the apartment house or the hotel. Otherwise there is a public parking place 5 minutes walking distance away from the apartment. For a fee of € 7,30 per car/day you can also park in our garage. For using the internet you need your own Laptop then you can buy an account of € 10,-- at the reception. With this account you have internet acces for one hour. At our webside www.hotelgermania.at you can take a look at our apartments. About payment: You have to make a prepayment; the residuale amount you can pay with master card, visa card or cash.
