The nest skilift is in 150m and also a bus station
to other ski lift. You can park the car by chalet. There are place for two
cars.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Anfrage. Wir hätten für Sie in der Zeit
vom 17.01.10 - 23.01.10 ein Appartement frei. Das
Appartement besteht aus 3 Doppelzimmer in jedem Zimmer
befindet sich DU, WC, TV und zwei der Zimmer haben
einen Balkon. Die Küche hat auch einen Balkon. Der Preis
pro Person und Nacht beträgt 20 EUR plus 1 EUR Kurtaxe.
Die Endreinigung ist einmalig 40 EUR. Für weitere Fragen
stehen wir gerne zu Verfügung über eine Buchung würden
wir uns sehr freuen.

The appartement is equiped as follow:
A comfortable appartement with two sleepingrooms. ( 74 m2 )
The rooms are doublerooms with a seperate sofabed ( for three persons )
A comfortable kitchen with
- a table and chairs
- a dishwasher
- a refrigator
- an electrooven
- a mikrowave.
- dishes, cutlery, pots and pans ans so on.
- a coffe machine, an electric water jug, and a cooker for eggs
There is also a seperate living room with a Sat-TV ( in this room can also persons
sleep).
Two bathrooms. So has each bedroom an own bathroom !
There are also towels and dishtowels and bed lines in the appartement.

You can also book the appartement with breakfast of halfboard, or you can have

Our house is in Hainzenberg, 4 km far from Zell am Ziller. Our house is near ( only 150 m) to the station of the Gerlossteinbahn.
The ski area Gerlosstein belongs to the Zillertal Arena. It is very great for families with children, because you must not wait so long.
There is also a sledging cours . Near our house is also the bus stop.
To the Zillertal Arena Zell it is only 4 km, to Gerlos it is 14 km.
In our house we have a seperate ski room for skis and boots.
In this room is it very warm so that skis and boots are become dry and warm .
You can also dry your ski clothes.
We have also a parking place.

с вязи с тем, что Володя и Вика отказались, пришлось спрашивать можно ли изменить число гостей с 6 до 4. она ответила положительно. цена тоже порлучается очень хорошая.
по 16 евро с учетом всех налогов и уборки.
еще здесь можно посмотреть сайт соседнего отеля. та есть виртуальный тур.
4. хорошее предложение. расположение дома не в самом низу. можно съезжать на лыжах прямо к дому.

Every morning you can be delievered with fresh bread from our local bakery. We also can offer you a steam sauna, the complete fee is € 25.- for each day you are using the sauna (approx. 2,5 hours) .

Our familiar house is located on 840 m above sea level in the village of Gerlosberg (2 km away from Zell am Ziller) in the near of the middle station of the "Zillertal Arena", the biggest skiing area of the Ziller Valley. Due to snow conditions our guests are able to ski off piste down directly to their apartement . A ski bus station is also in front of our house, the transfer time to the middle station is 12 minutes. The ski bus is free of charge. All other big skiresorts of the Ziller Valley like "Hochzillertal - Hochfügen" or "Zillertal 3000 - Hippach, Mayrhofen, Finkenberg, Tuxertal" are only a few driving minutes away and are included in the "Ziller Valley Super Skipass".
